The theme of the whole BAC show was violence. With this piece I was offering the viewer a space for introspection and reflection on the place where violence is generated in each individual. I believe that violence starts within each of us and rather than criticizing it as something external and foreign, we should try to see how it also manifests through us. One of the uses of a labyrinth is to take us into ourselves, to walk in and with the knowledge gained return to life. It is a path for initiation and growth. This interactive installation invited the viewer to walk the labyrinth and have a few moments of introspection. Accompanying the piece where specific powerful sounds by Ilana Ospina that helped the viewer in the process that the labyrinth intended.
